We are currently hiring for specialists in the following areas:
Umrah Consultant:
Expertise in religious travel packages and requirements.
Air Ticket Consultant:
Proficiency in flight bookings and ticketing systems.
Tour Consultant:
Crafting unique travel itineraries and holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to clients regarding travel destinations, transportation, and accommodation.
Handle flight bookings and issue tickets accurately.
Assist clients with Umrah visa requirements and package selections.
Develop customized travel itineraries based on customer needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, ticketing, or customer service role (2 years preferred).
Knowledge:
Good understanding of flight bookings and basic travel itineraries.
Skills:
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Gender:
Male (per company requirements).
