We are looking for a highly motivated

Business Development & Operations Executive

who will play a key role in expanding our business and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the

Travel industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to efficiently handle operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Manage travel-related reservations and operational workflows Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery Collaborate with the team to meet business targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

Proven experience in business development and/or operations, preferably in the travel industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented
