Travel Consultant Outbound (native Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

One of our clients from a leading Travel and Tourism industry is seeking for an experienced Outbound Travel Consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting travel/ tourism as a prepared holiday destination for customers handling leisure-related tasks to ensure company profitability and achieving targets.

Sector: Travel & Tourism (Outside UAE will be there destinations)

Position: 2 Nos.

Language: Native Arabic Speaker
Experience: Home country experience is also okay
Years: 3 to 4 yrs. mandatory
Salary: Max 4500

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
  • Diagnose the clients\xe2\x80\x99 specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
  • Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
  • Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
  • Collect deposits and balances
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
  • Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
  • Create and update electronic records of clients
  • Maintain relationships with key persons
  • Keep financial statements and documents
  • Reach the revenue and profit targets
