Key Responsibilities

Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients' expectations and budgets. Support clients throughout their entire booking journey, from inquiry to trip completion. Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery. Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

Skills & Expertise:

Bachelor's degree or higher. Proficiency in Office 365, at least one GDS system, Hotel BedBanks, and DMC interactions. Comfort with CRM software, online booking platforms, and virtual client engagement tools.

Preferred Experience:

2-5 years in sales and operations at a travel agency or tour operator, specializing in customized international holidays (with knowledge of air travel and visa facilitation). Fluency in written and spoken English.
