Job Title: Travel and Holidays Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ticketing and Holiday Packages with at least 4 years of experience in a UAE-based travel agency to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized travel packages and assisting clients ,ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handling holiday package inquiries to conclusions from walk-in, corporate clients and online channels. Log in inquiries for follow-through conclusion

Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.

To do tele sales on tickets and holiday packages.

Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures & destinations.

To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.

To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by tourism board.

To comply with Holidays division regulations while constructing the package.

To use only company approved suppliers/vendor

To tailor-make and customize trip plans, and itineraries for Holidays packages as per clients' requirements.

Knowledge on varies tickets and Holidays destination in the world.

Negotiation & persuasion skills with clients and vendors

Experience: Prior experience in travel consulting and visa processing is highly desirable.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client requests and visa applications simultaneously.

Sales & Target-Driven: A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with booking systems and visa application software.
