Job Description

A leading travel company is looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our vibrant team. This is an opportunity to build your career with one of the travel industry's most appealing and rapidly expanding companies.

We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in travel, outstanding client service abilities, and proven skill in using travel management systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Create and personalize comprehensive travel packages according to client specifications. Handle comprehensive travel arrangements from start to finish, covering flights, hotels, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet-and-greet services. Offer expert advice on fares, exchange costs, and penalties, ensuring full adherence to client travel policies. Efficiently manage ticket issuance, re-issuances, and cancellations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, airline rules, and destination information to provide clients with well-informed travel suggestions. Provide superior customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Work collaboratively in a team environment, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:



A minimum of 2 years of experience within the travel and tourism sector. Mandatory proficiency with the Amadeus and NDC booking platforms. Solid technical expertise in ticketing, reissues, and travel documentation requirements. Must be currently residing in the UAE. Comprehensive understanding of travel industry trends, airline policies, and corporate travel management. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
