Position: Travel and Holiday Consultant Location: Dubai Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, desires, and special requirements.
Create customized travel itineraries, encompassing flights, accommodations, transportation, UAE Visa, Global Travel Visa knowledge, Inbound and out bound packages and activities tailored to each client\'s unique needs.
Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Collaborate with a network of suppliers to negotiate rates, secure reservations, and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Manage the end-to-end booking process, including documentation, payments, and confirmations.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns to guarantee a smooth travel experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a UAE Travel Consultant
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, Global Visa, Inbound and Out bound Holiday package
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and tools- Sabre /Amadeus/Galileo

Requirements:

A genuine passion for travel and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as needed.
Relevant IATA certification in Travel and Tourism is mandatory
