Its services include corporate travel along with a wide range of local and international holiday packages. Job Purpose Target achievier. Manage the inbound functions and ensure to provide quality services by liaising with various suppliers, which includes designing customised itineraries, contracting, negotiations and operations for tours, transport, accommodation etc... Job Responsibilities Communicate with Overseas Partners on their travel requests and design tailor-made itineraries to meet their requirement: Hotel Accommodation, transfers, tours, attraction tickets and meet & greet at airport.

• Regularly respond and action the enquiries of varying urgencies to ensure the client's requirements are met.
• Prepare Costing Sheet for each enquiries based on the available contracts and renegotiate if necessary.
• Send the Proposals to the client and follow up to ensure the confirmation of each query.
• Follow up on payments with clients to ensure all payments recorded are received.
• Handle the daily operations & reconfirmation of services on daily basis, payment updates, guide coordination, site inspections, briefing to the drivers, with on-site coordination if required.
• Record all the enquiries and follow up to update with status of bookings regularly.
• Report on all daily sales through reporting system.
• Send promotional items to overseas partners to increase business.
• Assist the Supervisor in managing the suppliers' contracts.

Job Requirements Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in sales, Knowledge & Skills

• Inbound Product knowledge (UAE).
• Knowledge of Package Costing.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to work with deadlines and ability to multitask
