Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in the hotel segment within the travel and tourism industry, particularly with expertise in IATA regulations and procedures. The ideal candidate will manage hotel bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with international travel standards to deliver seamless experiences for clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Solid understanding of IATA rules and airline ticketing related to hotel and travel bookings. Experience working with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Strong knowledge of hotel reservation processes, contracts, and supplier negotiations. Familiarity with travel agency operations and compliance with IATA standards. Proven ability to coordinate between hotels, airlines, and clients for smooth itinerary execution. Certification in IATA courses or travel and tourism management is advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Minimum [X] years of experience in hotel bookings or travel operations within a DMC or travel agency.

Preferred Background:



Experience in hotel contracting, room allotment management, and rate negotiation. Understanding of destination services and client relationship management. Ability to handle complex travel itineraries involving multi-segment bookings. Knowledge of travel industry trends and customer service excellence.
