Job Description
Urgent Hiring! Our company is urgently looking for a Retail Travel Agent :
- Experience in ticketing systems and making adjustment to reservations.
- An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
- Organizing individual, group tours and programs.
- Meet sales targets and profit goals.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Stay up to date with travel and tourism trends.
- Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationship.
- Promote company\'s product to existing customers to attract new customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, set up ideal prospecting strategies.
- Minimal experience as Travel Agent is a must.
- Knowledge in GDS System
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Preferably Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam or China
- Currently located in UAE for interview.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Travel Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
