We are looking for 1 - 2 years experienced travel agent for our travel agency in Dubai. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), Knowledge about GDS is preferred. Responsibilities :- Responding to customers requests and queries. Maintaining records of customer interactions, transaction and complaints. Flight bookings/cancellations Handling software like GDS systems for maintaining flight reservations, cancellations. Provide customers with a market competitive flight experience (from registrations to bookings and issuing tickets). Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
