We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our travel sales team, grow revenue, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and B2B partnerships.
Generate leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Team Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct training sessions on travel products, packages, and sales techniques.
Monitor daily performance and provide continuous support.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and walk-in customers.
Manage client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Sales Operations
Oversee daily sales activities including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and visas.
Work closely with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions, destination updates, and supplier deals.
Work with suppliers/DMCs to create competitive travel packages.
Support marketing campaigns with insights and promotional ideas.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of sales experience
in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented personality.
