We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and skilled
Arabic-Speaking Travel Sales Agent
to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning and reservations while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to identify their travel needs and preferences, offering tailored travel solutions and itineraries.
Support customers before, during, and after their travel to ensure a smooth experience.
Keep updated on travel destinations, market trends, and industry developments.
Respond to customer inquiries and manage any travel-related concerns or issues effectively.
Accurately document bookings, sales, and customer communications.
Requirements
Language:
Fluency in Arabic is required.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in travel reservation systems and online booking platforms.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Compensation
Salary plus commission package offered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
