Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry changes.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Language: Arabic Speaking is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary + Commission will be provided.
