Transportation/equipment Coordinator

Job Description
1. Implement WBG Vision, Mission, Policy, and Procedures as they relate to the position. 2. In Coordination with the Hire Desk, schedule the delivery of the allocated equipment. 3. Develop the daily transportation plan to ensure the timely and cost-effective Delivery of hired equipment in line with the received dispatch notes. 4. Notify the related Transportation Operator about his daily tasks and ensure proper directions are provided about the delivery / collection points and contacts. 5. Ensure Transportation Operators are qualified and capable of safely loading and unloading the different type of equipment and provide necessary training when necessary. 6. Ensure the Transportation Operators return the signed Transportation Note to the Hire Desk in timely manner. 7. Arrange for the collection of released equipment and notify the related Foreman / Plant Site Timekeeper. 8.Perform any other related duties as instructed by Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
