Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Transportation Team:

Oversee drivers, dispatchers, and support staff involved in daily transportation activities.

Route & Schedule Management:

Plan and assign efficient routes for patient visits, staff pickups/drop-offs, and pharmacy deliveries, minimizing delays.

Vehicle Management:

Monitor fleet condition, schedule regular maintenance, ensure cleanliness, and verify that all vehicles meet regulatory safety standards.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to DHA (Dubai Health Authority), RTA, and other relevant safety and healthcare transport regulations.

Patient Care Coordination:

Coordinate with nursing and scheduling teams to ensure timely patient transportation for home visits and appointments.

Incident Reporting:

Investigate and report any transport-related incidents, delays, or emergencies in line with company procedures.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain transportation logs, fuel usage reports, and maintenance records. Prepare regular reports for management.

Budget Monitoring:

Assist in managing transportation budgets and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Training & Development:

Provide orientation and ongoing training to drivers regarding first aid, patient handling, defensive driving, and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Transportation Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry. Valid UAE Driving License. Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and RTA/DHA regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage transport tracking systems. Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus). High school diploma or bachelors.

Work Conditions:

Based in Dubai, with occasional travel across the emirates as needed. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call support in emergencies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
