Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily transportation operations for ready-mix concrete deliveries
Plan and monitor truck dispatch to ensure on-time delivery to project sites
Coordinate with plant, sales, and site teams to meet delivery schedules
Ensure compliance with safety, traffic, and company regulations
Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance
Handle route planning, breakdowns, and emergency situations efficiently
Maintain accurate transportation and delivery records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Transportation Supervisor in
ready-mix concrete
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of transit mixers, pump operations, and concrete delivery logistics
Ability to manage drivers and fleet operations effectively
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
Knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions
