About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Transportation In-Charge

to oversee and manage the daily movement of vehicles, drivers, and materials for our fast-paced interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong planning, coordination and communication skills, along with solid knowledge of UAE roads, RTA rules, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule all daily transportation activities Plan and assign

vehicle routes

, project deliveries, and driver duties Coordinate timely material movement between sites, warehouses, and vendors Ensure all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and inspected regularly Track fuel usage, mileage, vehicle performance and maintenance logs Maintain driver rosters, attendance, and compliance with company safety guidelines Resolve transport-related issues quickly to avoid project delays Ensure compliance with

RTA regulations

, company policies, and project timelines Liaise with project managers and site teams to support operational needs Manage emergency or last-minute transportation requirements

Requirements

Minimum

3 years UAE experience

as Transport In-Charge / Fleet Supervisor Strong knowledge of UAE roads, GPS systems, and route planning Experience supervising

drivers

and managing logistics Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment Familiar with vehicle maintenance schedules and basic mechanical knowledge Strong organisational and reporting skills
