About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Transportation Coordinator to join our team on a contractual basis. This role involves providing exceptional service to hotel guests while ensuring seamless coordination of our luxury transportation services. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests confidently and courteously. Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to promoting services. Previous experience in hospitality, transportation coordination, or sales is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist hotel guests with arranging transportation services promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with chauffeurs to manage schedules, monitor service delivery, and ensure seamless operations. Actively promote and sell transportation services to hotel guests, maximizing revenue opportunities. Maintain professional communication with guests, providing information and support as needed. Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
