Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily transport routes for workers to and from job sites
Maintain a roster of drivers and ensure proper shift coverage
Monitor vehicle availability, condition, and maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with safety standards and transport regulations
Track attendance and transport logs to support HR and site operations
Liaise with camp management, site supervisors, and fleet vendors
Respond to transport-related emergencies or delays and provide quick resolutions
Maintain records of fuel usage, mileage, and driver performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
