Transportation Reservation Agent
to join our dynamic team.
As a Transportation Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating transportation reservations for our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance in making transportation reservations, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Process reservations through our booking system accurately and efficiently, taking into consideration customer preferences and specific requirements.
Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles, rates, and service options.
Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of our fleet, services, and various destinations to offer informed recommendations to customers.
Assist in managing the reservation schedule and ensuring the timely and efficient allocation of transportation services.
Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, aiming to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services and drive reservations through various channels.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of proven Transportation Reservation Agent experience in a related industry, preferably luxury car rental.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or qualifications in hospitality, travel, or related fields are advantageous.
Previous experience in a customer service or reservation role, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage reservation records accurately.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation or booking software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
Experience:
Transportation or travel industry: 3 years (Required).
Luxury car rental: 3 years (Required).
