to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure efficient transportation support across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily fleet and transportation activities.
Allocate vehicles, monitor utilization, and manage scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Qatar traffic regulations.
Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and driver attendance.
Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and workshop/PMV coordination.
Manage drivers' deployment, performance, and discipline.
Prepare operational reports and assist in improving fleet efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.
3-5 years' experience in fleet/transport/PMV supervision in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and local traffic laws.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with fleet management systems is an advantage.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
