Transportation Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Scheduling:

Assign chauffeurs and vehicles based on reservations, client preferences, and availability. Monitor real-time vehicle locations to ensure on-time arrivals and adjust schedules as needed. Handle last-minute bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes efficiently.

Customer Service & Communication:

Act as the primary contact for clients, chauffeurs, and management. Confirm bookings, provide ETAs, and update clients on any delays or changes. Handle special requests (e.g., champagne, red carpet service, VIP privacy).

Route Optimization & Traffic Management:

Plan the most efficient routes using GPS and dispatch software. Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions to avoid delays. Coordinate airport pickups with flight tracking to adjust for early/late arrivals.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of trips, chauffeur logs, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and company policies. Verify that chauffeurs have proper licensing and meet service standards.

Problem Resolution:

Address service issues (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, client complaints) promptly. Arrange backup vehicles or alternative solutions in emergencies. Escalate major concerns to management when necessary.

Technology & Software Use:

Operate reservation and dispatch systems (e.g., Limo Anywhere, FleetWave). Use GPS tracking, two-way radios, and mobile apps to communicate with chauffeurs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Previous dispatching in limousine/taxi/luxury transportation preferred.

Customer Service:

Effective communication skills for high-end clientele.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with dispatch software, GPS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Multi-Tasking:

Ability to manage multiple bookings under pressure.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
