Job Description

Job Purpose: To perform administrative, sales, operations duties related to the transportation with high quality standards.

1) Make sales calls and increase monthly sales revenue as assigned by the management.

2) Well aware about DPW e-token system and port operation as well as shipping line procedure

3) Allocation of trucks/divers and arrange the delivery as per client's requirements

4) Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients

5) Coordinating with Drivers and Management for New Registrations/Renewals of Vehicle Registration (MULKIYA) for all vehicles.

6) Planning transport routes. Coordination of shipments and deliveries, including last-mile delivery management. Management of transport schedules. Communication with carriers to organize the movement of goods

7) Prepare reports such as cost and performance, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and quarterly annual review report.

8) Prepare delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met on time.

9) Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies, assign drivers to routes and investigate delivery issues.

10) Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.

11) To work closely with the Drivers Management to ensure vehicles are not misused, properly maintained, sanitized, and sent for timely inspection, repair and maintenance.

12) To implement new and innovative practices and assist colleagues and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Experience - 2 to 3 years

Qualification - Graduate and above with experience in MS.office
