We are seeking an experienced
Transport Coordinator
to join our dynamic teamon immediate basis
based inAbu Dhabi
. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to take on a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation logistics.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transport operations, including planning and scheduling shipments, deliveries, and transportation of materials. Also coordinate and arrange the drivers for staff pick and drop Maintain communication with internal and external departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials. Prepare and manage transportation documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and drivers to address any transport issues and ensure smooth operations. Maintain a well-organized transportation database and assist with planning for future transportation needs.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience
as a Transport Coordinator, preferably in the logistics industry. Excellent communication skills inEnglish
(both written and spoken). Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with excellent time-management skills.Immediate availability
to join the team. Familiarity with UAE Abu Dhabi transport regulations, safety standards.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
