Manage all Driver issues to ensure that they are able to deliver the goods on time to customers.
Customer Experience
Manage customer service operations to ensure any complaints or feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
Operational Efficiency
Optimize operational processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications

Experience
:
1-3 years of experience in sales and operations within the transportation or related industry.
Proven ability to manage a fleet of vehicles.
Skills
:
Sales and negotiation skills and able to build lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-level clients and manage a team.
Knowledge of fleet management, logistics, and scheduling systems.
Education
:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
