Key Responsibilities:
Staff Scheduling & Deployment
Assign drivers and helpers to project trips.
Plan daily, weekly, and project-specific transport schedules.
Ensure enough staff coverage for all site movements.
Monitoring & Supervision
Track attendance and punctuality of transport staff.
Ensure staff follow company protocols, safety rules, and driving regulations.
Handle any performance or behavioral issues.
Training & Compliance
Organize training for drivers on safe driving, site rules, and company procedures.
Ensure all staff have required licenses, certifications, and safety gear.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as point of contact between transport staff, project managers, and site supervisors.
Communicate changes in schedule, emergency instructions, or operational requirements.
Reporting
Maintain logs of staff assignments, trips, and incidents.
Report staff performance, attendance, or issues to management.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
