The Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's vehicle fleet operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, timely renewals, and efficient vehicle performance. This role includes monitoring insurance and registration renewals, scheduling vehicle services, tracking fines, and managing toll payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Insurance Management:
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of insurance policies for all company vehicles.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Coordinate and schedule periodic servicing and maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Fines Management:
Keep track of all RTA fines associated with company vehicles and ensure timely payment and proper record-keeping.
Toll Payment Management:
Manage Salik (Dubai) and Darb (Abu Dhabi) toll accounts, ensuring sufficient balance, timely top-ups, and reconciliation of toll usage.
Vehicle Registration (Mulkiya) Renewal:
Track and renew vehicle registration (Mulkiya) before expiry, ensuring continuous vehicle operability.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for each vehicle, including service records, insurance documents, registration, and fine history.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with garages, insurance companies, RTA, and other service providers to manage all transport-related services.
Compliance:
Ensure all transport activities comply with UAE traffic laws and company policies.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
