Maintaining full record of vehicles fuel and milage.
Scheduling preventative maintenance of vehicles on a regular schedule.
Obtaining permission for vehicles for relevant traffic police departments.
Planning for vehicle renewals and inspections.
Scheduling driver\'s annual leave.
Managing team of drivers and logistics coordinators in two sites.
Organising arranging staff for the projects.
Preparation of time sheet for production staff.
Closely monitoring the OT and working days of production staff.
