Job Description
Job title: Location Transport Coordinator Royal Smart Limousine invites qualified candidates to apply for this position. We need smart candidates to represent our company in several locations across UAE. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, the ability_ to work outdoors is detail-oriented, and be familiar with _administrativetasks. Candidates applying must have 2+ years of experience in a similar field and with a customer service background. Main tasks and responsibilities: Efficient handling of walk-in trips in the location.
- Coordinate with the driver & customer to execute the trip smoothly.
- Using the RSL App to dispatch the trips & ensure the daily trips are recorded accurately.
- Monitoring all trips & updating the Control Hub with the daily number of trips completed & the revenue generated in the location.
- Have excellent knowledge of our services.
- Aware of the locations in Dubai & other emirates.
- Represent the brand in the location with confidence.
- Prepare daily incident reports.
- Report the violations & complaints to the Control Hub daily & their line manager.
- Provide support & accurate information for lost & found materials.
- Always be presentable in the location wearing the company uniform.
- Inspecting all vehicles & grooming standards of the drivers.
- Need to check the instalment & outstanding according to the management.
- Must attain monthly targets.
- Strictly adhere to the work timings.
- Must be flexible to accept new challenges.
- College graduate / Bachelor degree
- Ability to work outdoors
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferably in limousine or transportation sector
- Fluent in English.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
