Key Responsibilities

As a Transport Coordinator, you will:

Engage with potential customers in

malls, hotels, and other high-traffic locations

, effectively showcasing the benefits of our limousine services. Address customer inquiries and highlight service advantages to secure bookings and grow the business. Handle walk-in customer trips and manage bookings efficiently. Negotiate competitive rates based on trip destinations, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing commitments. Dispatch trips via the

supervisor app

, coordinating with drivers to guarantee accurate and timely service delivery. Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Provide

outstanding customer service

, addressing client needs professionally and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Regularly report progress, challenges, and potential solutions to your supervisor.

Requirements

Valid UAE driving license

(preferred). Minimum

1 year of experience

in sales, transportation, logistics, or limousine services. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

. Proficiency in both

Arabic and English

(preferred). Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment
