Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, responding to client inquiries professionally.
Assist walk-in clients and provide clear information about services, procedures, and required documents.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and government offices for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups in line with UAE regulations and company policies.
Prepare, print, and stamp documents for internal use and client submissions.
Good computer knowledge
, especially in Microsoft Office and email systems.
Previous experience
in a similar role is preferred.
