Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office administration duties including filing, scheduling, and coordination
Translate documents and verbal communication between Romanian and English
Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Support HR and management with clerical tasks and document control
Ensure smooth operation of the office and maintain supplies
Requirements:
Moldovan national (due to language and communication needs)
Proficient in Romanian and English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in office administration or translation is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and professional appearance
