Transformation Lead Consultant (6 Months)

Job Description
Required Competencies:
6+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
Proven track record of leading
large-scale transformation initiatives
across multiple functions or geographies. Experience in drivingorganizational change, process reengineering, and technology adoption
. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and engaging withC-level executives
. Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent knowledge ofdigital technologies (cloud, AI, RPA, ERP, CRM, data analytics, etc.)
and their role in business transformation. Expertise in Automation Tools: Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and tools like Knime, SharePoint, Databricks, and JSON for data integration and process automation. Database Knowledge: Strong experience with databases, querying, and working with large datasets. Analyze data used across our Sales, Distribution, and Finance departments. Automate key processes currently run in Excel, such as the incentive planner, FSR/Bulletin, and MY/trim splitter files.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Professional certifications such as
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, PROSCI Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or TOGAF
are highly desirable.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
