Transcriptionist
Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transcriptionist located in Abu Dhabi. The Transcriptionist will be responsible for listening to verbal communication and converting them into written documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Daily tasks will include transcribing pharmacy medical prescriptions. The role also includes proofreading transcriptions for errors and ensuring the final documents are precise and free of inconsistencies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical transcription and familiarity with pharmacy medical terminology
- Excellent listening and typing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
