Transaction Activities Controller

Job Description

:

Controlling to ensure the accurate accounting of arising economic transactions, the correct collection of incomes, and the correct calculation of payments to customers; Quality control of transaction activities for customers of the tellers to ensure: fast, accurate, complete, timely, safe and confidential; Making report on business situation.(month/day); Check and save accounting vouchers; Check and compare arising debts with customer relations department; Support the Head of Department to periodically/unexpectedly check cash at the vault;

Job Requirements:

University graduate or higher majoring in: Accounting, Finance \xe2\x80\x93 Banking, Business Administration, or other related training majors; At least 02 years of experience in the position of a teller or 01 year in a similar position; Understand the accounting process, understand the transaction process and operations at the Bank; Professional communication and customer service skills; Ability to supervise and guide staff.
