Training Specialist within our center work with mainly with adults. They work in a range of locations providing technical fields of courses to help learners in professional Development IT, Health and safety ... and cultural competence to participate fully in their work and social environments.



Minimum Qualification



A Bachelor's degree, related fields.



Preferred Qualification



Adobe certified - Certified Training Professional - Ability to teach soft skill courses is a plus. - Digital Marketing & Social Media Certified - Certificate in Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Training, Training Management, Self-Development, Technical Leadership, Presenting Technical Information, Self-Confidence, Dealing with Complexity

Expected Skills



Gulf environmental teaching experience - 10-15 years of experience Minimum 10 years in UAE and / or Gulf Arab experience in the field or in a related area (must). - Participates in and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures class on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment, following outline, handouts and texts. Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
