TRAINING & PROMOTION MANGER - SKINCARE /PERSONAL CARE (MUST BE FEMALE) The Training and Promotion Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that reinforces each brand philosophy. Creates and adapts training materials and presentations and conducts training and education to support field sales team and directly supports in promotions, events and training in the respective markets for domestic and travel retail. Responsible for but not limited to training and coaching aestheticians in beauty clinics and day spas, salons, and pharmacies. Participates in events with sales directives; collaborates on special PR activities and events to deliver exceptional experiences and brand building moments while championing for consumer engagement. Essential Responsibilities

• Understands and exemplifies each brand philosophy and culture.

• Trains the field sales teams on product knowledge, advanced skincare application techniques, and selling behaviors to achieve a consistent brand message within the region.

• Trains and motivates staff in accordance to brand treatments protocols. Communicates training recaps to appropriate stakeholders.

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor\xe2\x80\x99s products, service offerings, demographics and customer needs, behaviors and reactions. Shares insights with management team.

• Management of training stocks and recording brand introduction gifting.

• Mentoring and development of additional training staff.

• Keeping records of training reports and ensure they are updated at all times.

• Monitoring and recording therapist brand certifications.

• Participating in brand presentations and demonstrations at beauty exhibitions, business partners presentations, press events and media such as bloggers.

• Monitor market trends and identifying gaps in the market in terms of brands, products, concepts.

• Understands sales goals related to professional beauty services.

• Cultivates strong relationships with clinics, spas, beauty lounges and brand colleagues.

• Provides products & beauty treatments demonstrations to prospect clinics, spas, beauty lounges etc in conjunction with the sales managers.

• Leads and participates on education conference calls to engage network in ongoing communication and sharing of best practices.

Requirements - Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, coaching and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (\xe2\x80\x9chow to video\xe2\x80\x99s, e-learning, mentoring, coaching, classroom, and events).
• Ability to present and tailor information to a variety of audiences, excellent selling skills
• Strong knowledge and experience within a luxury skincare environment (professional treatments and retail products).
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE driving license

Linguistic skills

• English: Excellent written and spoken is a must.
• Russian: Highly preferable in addition to excellent English
• Arabic: Would be an advantage but not essential.

Requirements- Education:

• Must have at a minimum of a One Year CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics from a reputable College/University. Additionally, medical background would be highly preferable.

• Minimum 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in designing and executing successful training programs in professional skincare treatments and retail products.

• A deep understanding and insight into the Middle Eastern markets

• Experience in Clinics & Spa/ training.

• Strong knowledge and experience within a luxury skincare environment.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Adult Learning, Psychology, Education or Organizational Behavior is a plus.

• Traveling will involve approx. 40% of time.
