This position is responsible for the oversight and administration of employee training related to facility management.
Assist in creating training sessions for new joiners.
Conducts training sessions including, new employee training, individual training, and support and mentoring of facility management employees.
Conducts training programs to provide familiarity with the equipment and the company standards.
Conducts training programs and session in such a way to stimulate and motivate new joiners.
Manage the on-boarding of new trainees and promptly respond to their inquiries, and provide them with the assistance they need until fully settled.
Assists in the development of an effective training curriculum
Assist in evolving training to meet/exceed organizational development, company bench marks, and overall performance of facility management site staff.
Works with Operation Managers, Human resource officers and the management on content of the training to ensure site staff are getting relevant training to be successful in their jobs.
Works with Human Resources to determine when new site staff are on boarding.
Effectively communicates training schedule to attendees, supervisors, and others as needed.
Eligibility:
Must have at least 2 years experience in same position preferable in the Facility Management industry.
Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.
Excellent people skills.
Education qualification: Graduate.
