Job Description

This position is responsible for the oversight and administration of employee training related to facility management.

• Assist in creating training sessions for new joiners.
• Conducts training sessions including, new employee training, individual training, and support and mentoring of facility management employees.
• Conducts training programs to provide familiarity with the equipment and the company standards.
• Conducts training programs and session in such a way to stimulate and motivate new joiners.
• Manage the on-boarding of new trainees and promptly respond to their inquiries, and provide them with the assistance they need until fully settled.
• Assists in the development of an effective training curriculum
• Assist in evolving training to meet/exceed organizational development, company bench marks, and overall performance of facility management site staff.
• Works with Operation Managers, Human resource officers and the management on content of the training to ensure site staff are getting relevant training to be successful in their jobs.
• Works with Human Resources to determine when new site staff are on boarding.
• Effectively communicates training schedule to attendees, supervisors, and others as needed.

Eligibility:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in same position preferable in the Facility Management industry.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.
• Excellent people skills.
• Education qualification: Graduate.
