Job Description
About Role:
A Traning Officer will be primarily responsible to deliver training programmes for employee and occasionally for external clients in accordance with an agreed training plan to improve the quality and standards of staff performance. You will be required to adhere to course syllabus and implement outline material and monitoring training results.
Accountabilities:
Your main accountabilities as Training Officer will include:
- Primarily responsible to deliver operational and soft skill training for employee and occasionally for external clients in accordance with an agreed training plan to improve the quality and standards of staff performance.
- Supporting in completing lines training analysis and finalizing and publishing
- Solving specific training problems, comparing plans and actuals training and to follow the causes of absenteeism.
- Preparing and developing training module, training documents, exams and surveys
- Mentoring OJT trainer. and will be responsible to observe and evaluate OJT trainer
- Regularly control and evaluate weekly reports, weekly/monthly training plan of job trainer
- Monitoring annual training hours targets and prepare reasons of the difference between plan and actual as per company requirements,
- Producing training plans and schedules in a timely manner,
- Refresh and update staff on existing and new QR and Authority procedures / policies (when applicable).Be part of an extraordinary story

An Ideal candidate for this role should have:- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- 3 to 4 years as a trainer experience in similar environment.
- Completion of Train the Trainer certification from the approved organization or minimum QR Leadership Effectiveness and Potential program(LEAP1 and 2)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Well - developed interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Aviation experience will be an advantage.About Qatar Airways Group
