We are one of the UAE's most established and reputable dental clinic groups, and we are looking for a Training Manager - Customer Experience to elevate service standards across all our branches.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that ensure every patient receives a consistent, warm, and high-quality experience. Your work will directly impact how our reception, call center, and patient care teams communicate, manage inquiries, and create memorable patient journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver customer experience training for reception, call center & patient care teams Conduct onboarding training for new joiners Review calls, patient interactions & feedback to identify training needs Run refresher workshops, coaching sessions & service audits. Prepare training materials, SOPs, and service manuals
What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service training (healthcare or hospitality preferred) Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills Strong understanding of call etiquette, service recovery & patient handling Energetic, engaging, and able to influence teams across multiple branches
