Training Manager
to lead and develop impactful training programs for our technical and sales teams for Dongfeng, Omoda and Jaecoo brands. Based inDubai and Abudhabi
, this role focuses on enhancing employee performance, aligning withCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
standards, and promoting professional excellence across all departments.Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs and create tailored programs for technical and sales staff Deliver training on automotive technologies, sales techniques, and telephone etiquette Align all training with CSI standards and company goals Collaborate with department heads and manage third-party training providers Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering 7-10 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
