Job Brief

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Training Lead / Trainer

to guide users through the Dhareeba 2.0 project. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that help people understand and use the system with confidence. You will make learning easy and engaging for everyonefrom tax officers and accountants to agents and other users.


Your work will play a key role in helping teams adopt new tools and perform at their best.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of end-user training programs for Dhareeba 2.0. Assess training needs for different user groups such as tax officers, accountants, and agents. Develop a detailed Training Plan, including topics, schedule, and delivery methods (classroom, workshops, or e-learning). Create or oversee bilingual training materials such as user manuals, quick guides, videos, and FAQs in

Arabic and English

. Coordinate all training logistics and ensure smooth, role-based learning. Deliver

Train-the-Trainer

sessions to prepare internal teams. After the system goes live, conduct refresher sessions and collect feedback to improve training and performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

training and development

for software or ERP systems. Strong skills in

instructional design and content creation

. Fluency in

Arabic and English

, both spoken and written. Experience developing

bilingual training materials

. Excellent

presentation and communication

skills. Background in the

tax domain or ERP systems

is a plus. Proficiency in

training delivery tools and e-learning platforms

.
