Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Coordinator to lead the training and development efforts for our Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) at ZOOMLION. As a Training Coordinator, he will play a vital role in nurturing the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our GETs within the scope of our industry. Responsibilities: Training Program Design and Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training programs for GETs, encompassing technical skills, industry knowledge, and company processes. Design training materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments tailored to the developmental needs of GETs. Training Delivery: Plan and conduct engaging training sessions for GETs, utilizing a mix of classroom instruction, practical exercises, workshops, and e-learning modules. Adapt training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels within the trainee group. Professional Development: Offer guidance on effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills to help GETs succeed in a corporate environment. Arrange workshops and seminars that address soft skills and career development. Mentorship and Coaching: Foster a supportive learning environment by serving as a mentor to GETs, providing guidance, feedback, and individualized coaching. Assist GETs in setting goals and creating personalized development plans. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to gauge GETs\' progress and comprehension of training content. Collaborate with management to provide regular updates on trainees\' performance and areas for improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, evaluations, and feedback provided to GETs. Prepare reports to showcase the effectiveness and impact of the training program. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or a related field; master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus. Previous experience in training coordination, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. Solid understanding of construction machinery, heavy equipment, and related technologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and multimedia tools. Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and logistics. Empathetic and patient attitude to facilitate the growth of entry-level engineers. Ability to assess learning needs and tailor training content accordingly. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the professional development of young engineers.
