Training Coordination Officer

Job Description

Synopsis

Reporting to the Manager Training Facilities & Administration, the Training Coordination Officer is responsible for ensuring administrative logistics are arranged in line with training operations requirements.

Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with Training Planning and Training Delivery team and ensure the trainees records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with the Training Planning team to ensure the classrooms are allocated based on requirements.
  • Manage and track the building access for all training customers.
  • Coordinate with various departments and provide logistical support for classroom training sessions and manage any ad hoc or last-minute changes/cancellations.
  • Coordinate with the onsite IT, housekeeping and maintenance team for any training facilities concerns.
  • Ensure the daily readiness and checks are carried out for all the training rooms.
  • Ensure the training material and supplies are available and inventory is maintained.
  • Process the Duty Travel bookings for EAT staff.
  • Support in developing online workspaces and processes related to training logistics.
  • Support on gathering data for the departmental reports.
  • Support the Manager Facilities & Administration with other ad hoc tasks.
Education & Experience
  • Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in a business administration function, or similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in administration role, preferably in aviation industry.
