Summary of Main Duties

Program Development and Implementation: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and clinical education initiatives that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Curriculum Management: Create, update, and maintain educational materials, including training manuals, presentations, and online learning resources
Facilitation of Training and Education Conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops for healthcare professionals, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms, Tracking the Coordination between the Department and Request approval and Registration of the Students.
Responsibilities

Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Mentorship and Support: Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff, guiding them through training programs and helping them apply learning in their clinical practice.
Collaboration: Work closely with other Students and, department heads, and clinical staff to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and legal regulations.
Resource Management: Manage training resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of training facilities and materials.
Position Requirements/Qualifications

Required
Bachelor Degree of Education or clinical Education.
Bachelor Degree of Business Management and Education
Licenses/Registration
Life support instructor certification.
