The main purpose of the position is to support the Talent & Capability team in efficient and high quality training delivery
Ensures that training is executed on time, to high standards, and to customer satisfaction.
Manages all planning and scheduling and ensures adequate provision of trainers to deliver training as planned and in line with business priorities. Ensures programmes are deployed efficiently and effectively across the business.
Manages training records and updates attendance on the learning management system
Manages data, supports the calibration process and provides administration support for the annual performance management process
Manages training completion reports and tracks progress on various trainings managed by the Talent & Capability team
Conducts feedback analysis and reports training effectiveness to the stakeholders
Handles logistics for training activities including venue and equipment
Supports in payments and invoicing for external training vendors
In addition, the incumbent will contribute to various other initiatives concerning organisational capability on an ad hoc basis, in response to business needs. Seeing opportunities to partner with HR colleagues and the business, and to make full use of SSC and HR Cloud, are also key qualities. Knowledge & Qualifications:
Good bachelor’s degree in a subject of relevance to organisational behaviour and/or Petrofac’s core business.
Experience in training & development with a major organisation is desirable.
Experience of working in HR, providing a service to business customers
Awareness of how to support performance management process
Experience of handling confidential employee data.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Analytical skills to interrogate data, diagnose issues, and arrives at well-reasoned conclusions.
Highly proficient with Excel and other statistical tools for statistical analysis.
Slide-making skills with PowerPoint
Good organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead.
Motivated as a professional, dedicated to data accuracy and timely communication.
