Trainer

LMS: Be familiar with all aspects of LMS to capture the entire learning journey from end to end. For example, upload content, assign courses, extract learning reports and make dashboards to reflect learning progress etc. Work closely with Shoemart Ops team to continually improve brands learning culture as reflected by number of courses assigned and completed Work closely with Corporate L&D team to ensure Shoemart employees have a seamless LMS experience, highlighting issues as arise and ensuring resolutions happen quickly. Be the champion for all territories when it comes to LMS, driving all activities for SM related learning. Supporting the KSA learning team as and when needed

Coordination with Ops Team: Timely follow up as per schedule to ensure ARMs and RCBHs are conducting I Promise checks as specified; this will be done by collating visit documents Collate feedback from UAE and KSA learning teams on their store visits pertaining to I Promise. Cross check store service standards based on the 2 above and create a dashboard to report

Support Content Creation: Research material as required to share with L&D Manager Actively participate in Concept related learning content creation

New employee induction Conducting classroom sessions I Promise, Product Knowledge Basics and Introduction to VM Assigning courses on LMS Knowledge modules Following up with Store Managers and Area Managers to ensure new joiners receive proper on the job coaching. Conducting 11s to evaluate new joiners' progress Reporting to RCBH/ARM toward new joiner probationary review
