Job Summary:

Leaders Training Centre is seeking an experienced and qualified

CIPD Trainer/Instructor

to deliver the

CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice

through a blended learning model (in-person and online). The trainer will take academic lead responsibilities, support learners with assignments, and ensure alignment with CIPD and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and deliver interactive sessions following the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate curriculum. Take the lead in teaching and act as the main contact with CIPD for academic matters. Support learners with their assignments, provide helpful feedback, and guide their development. Make sure your teaching meets CIPD assessment standards and follows our internal quality guidelines. Work closely with our internal quality assurance (IQA) team to ensure course standards and compliance are maintained.

Requirements

CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (Level 7 is preferred). Active CIPD membership (Assoc CIPD, Chartered MCIPD, or FCIPD). A teaching qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PGCE, or CertEd). At least 2 years of experience teaching CIPD or other HR/L&D qualifications. Strong knowledge in HR, People Practice, and Learning & Development. Good communication skills and the ability to keep learners engaged. Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience as a Teaching Lead or Programme Leader in a CIPD-approved centre. Comfortable using online learning platforms (VLE/LMS) for blended teaching. Experience working with adult learners from different backgrounds or nationalities.
