We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate

CFM Level 3 Trainer

to join our team on a

part-time, on-site basis

in Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective in-person training sessions for the

Certified Financial Manager (CFM) Level 3

program. Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines. Facilitate class discussions, case studies, and practical applications to enhance student understanding. Assess and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay current with industry trends and certification standards relevant to financial management. Coordinate with the academic team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of the program.

Requirements:

Certified in

CFM Level 3

(or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in teaching or training in finance or financial management. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, strategic financial planning, and decision-making. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with adult learners and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Must be based in or able to commute to

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Previous experience delivering professional certification courses. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.
